Refund and Returns Policy
Returns and Refunds Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Candle products that have been used or opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Candle making kits must be returned complete and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened candles
- Consumable items
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
How to Return an Item
- To complete your return, please contact us at info@balegrow.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send your return.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error.
- The return is made after the 30-day window but accepted at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@balegrow.com.au within 30 days of purchase for instructions.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
- If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
